Thank you so much for your recent purchase. We aim to ship your purchase within 3 days of the order.

Should you, for any reason, wish to return your purchased item(s), do not hesitate to get in touch.
How to process a return?
Email us at axelleyoungstudio@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt to authorize your return.
Please ensure we have responded to your query before returning your item.
Items must be unused and returned in as-received condition, in the original packaging. If items appear used or are in an unsaleable condition, they will not be refunded and returned to you. Please include your packing slip along with the item(s).
A full refund of the original price minus shipping will be issued on receipt of the returned items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit.
All import duties for non-UK customers are your responsibility. We would recommend getting in touch with your local customs department to find out the exact custom rates/ costs. You must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid custom charges. These charges plus any further postal costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order and must be documented with photographs.
